THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
Pursuant to Decision No. 135/QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated October 1, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of regulations on the establishment, review, and issuance of industry standards;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology;

Article 1: Issued along with this Decision are the following industry standards:
1. 10 TCN - 597 - 2004: Exported frozen sliced pork;
2. 10 TCN - 598 - 2004: Exported frozen half carcass pork slices.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3: The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, and Heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
