At the proposal of the Director General of the Land Administration Department, the Head of the Planning Division, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Divisionintention of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Economic and Technical Standards for Soil Degradation Investigation issued together with Circular No. 15/2012/TT-BTNMT dated November 26, 2012 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment.policies 1. Amending and supplementing the staffing norms at Point 5.2 Step 1 Clause 1.1 Section 1 Chapter I Part II and Point 5.2 Step 1 Clause 1.1 Section 1 Chapter II Part II of the Standards as follows:;

"5.2. Preliminary survey and determination of information, contents, number of points for investigation, soil sampling points, areas requiring investigation on-site.No. 5.2.1. Preliminary survey of contents, number of points, areas requiring investigation on-site: Group 3 staff (1KTV6, 1KS3, 1LX5).June 2024;pursuant to Decisionshallamending and supplementing certain articles of the Civil Servants Law and the Civil Servants Law dated November 25, 2019;of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs5.2.2. Determination of information, contents, number of points, areas requiring investigation on-site and mapping onto the map: Group 2 staff (1KTV6, 1KS3)."June 2024;2.
