Repeals Decision 85/2008/QĐ-BNN dated August 6, 2008;partially repeals Circular 50/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 30, 2010,

Pursuant to Decree 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005 of the Government on conditions for production and business in certain aquatic industries; Decree 14/2009/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2009 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree 59/2005/NĐ-CP dated May 4, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on management of livestock feed;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Director of the Livestock Production Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular to repeal Decision 85/2008/QĐ-BNN dated August 6, 2008; partially repeal Circular 50/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 30, 2010, and Circular 24/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 6, 2011.

Article 1. Repeal certain provisions

1. Repeal Decision 85/2008/QĐ-BNN dated August 6, 2008 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the Regulations on Management of Aquatic Seed Production and Business.

2. Repeal Clause 4 of Circular 24/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated April 6, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amending, supplementing, and abolishing certain administrative procedures in the field of aquaculture according to Resolution 57/NQ-CP dated December 15, 2010 of the Government.

3. Repeal Points 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, and 13.4 Sub-Clause 3 Clause 1 of Circular 50/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 30, 2010 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development amending and supplementing the List of Products and Commodities Group 2 issued together with Circular No. 50/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated August 18, 2009 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from November 22, 2012.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Fisheries General Department, the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Livestock Production Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development related to this Circular shall be responsible for its implementation./.
