Regarding the issuance of the Elementary School Charter

Based on Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Based on Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Primary Education Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Elementary School Charter is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. This Decision replaces Decision No. 22/2000/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 11, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training regarding the issuance of the Elementary School Charter.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Heads of the Department of Primary Education, the heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Directors of Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
