DECREE
No. 51 BIS dated October 12, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Labor;
Pursuant to the report No. 1650-M dated May 22, 1945 by the former Director of the Treasury of Indochina regarding the AFIC fund;
Considering the urgent need for social relief work at present,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ORDER:
Article 1: The Director of the Central Treasury of Vietnam is authorized to withdraw VND 1,335,772.34 from the AFIC fund in the North deposited at the Central Treasury. This amount shall be handed over to the Minister of Social Relief for the purchase of rice.
Article 2: The Director of the Vietnam Treasury, the Minister of Labor, and the Minister of Social Relief are hereby instructed to implement this order.
