Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/ND-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Implementation Program of the Government on practicing economy and combating wastage issued together with Decision No. 25/2006/QD-TTg dated January 26, 2006 of the Prime Minister;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance.

Article 1. The Implementation Program of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on practicing economy and combating wastage is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, and Heads of units under the Ministry, and units within the culture, sports, and tourism sector shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
