CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing certain articles of Decision No. 86/2005/QĐ-BNN dated December 26, 2005 and Circular No. 06/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 2, 2010
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 12/2003/PL-UBTVQH on Food Safety and Hygiene adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on July 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18/2004/PL-UBTVQH on Veterinary Medicine adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Food Safety and Hygiene;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine; Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Veterinary Medicine;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development amends and supplements certain articles of Decision No. 86/2005/QĐ-BNN dated December 26, 2005 and Circular No. 06/2010/TT-BNNPTNT dated February 2, 2010 as follows:
1. Amendment Clause 23, Article 3 as follows:
“23. Certificate of animal product import health inspection not for food use (Form 23).”
2. Supplement Clause 23a Article 3 as follows:
"23a. Certificate of animal product import health inspection and food safety (Form 23a)."
1. Amendment Clause 7, Article 4 as follows:
“7. Certificate of aquatic product import health inspection, aquatic product import health inspection not for food use (Form 7).”
2. Supplement Clause 7a Article 4 as follows:
"7a. Certificate of aquatic product import health inspection and food safety, aquatic product import health inspection for food use (Form 7a)."
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. The Director of the Finance and Planning Department is responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Circular.
Article 4. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties, please report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration and amendment./.
