CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE REGULATIONS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law dated November 25, 2009;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 2, 2006 PROVIDING DETAILED PROVISIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE EDUCATION LAW; AND GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP OF MAY 11, 2011 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

At the request of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,

The Minister of Education and Training decides:

Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE REGULATIONS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 31, 2011.

THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE DECISION NO. 43/2008/QĐ-BGDĐT OF JULY 29, 2008 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUE OF THE REGULATIONS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES.

Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, HEADS OF MINISTRIES AND SECTORS WITH VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
