Regarding the establishment of specialized construction associations as members of the Vietnam Construction Association
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish Associations;
Pursuant to the Government Decree number 45/2003/ND-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government Decree number 88/2003/ND-CP dated July 30, 2003 on the organization, operation, and management of Associations;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Construction Association, specialized construction association members, the proposal of the Ministry of Construction, the Central Science and Technology Department, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations;
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish specialized construction associations as members of the Vietnam Construction Association (list attached).
Article 2. Specialized construction associations named in this Decision shall be organized and operate according to the Charter of the Association approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and shall be subject to state management by the Ministry of Construction in their Association activities.
Specialized construction associations named in this Decision shall bear their own expenses and operational means.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairpersons of the specialized construction associations named in this Decision, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Head of the Office of the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
