DECREE-LAW
No. 59 dated May 3, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 40 dated March 29, 1946 on the protection of personal freedom,
At the request of the Minister of Interior Affairs,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Appeals Board established at the Ministry of Interior Affairs in accordance with Article 10 of the aforementioned Decree-Law dated March 29, 1946:
Mr. Huynh Thuc Khang, Government representative
Mr. Bui Bang Doan, administrative inspector
Mr. Vu Trong Khanh, judge.
Article 2: The Ministers of Interior Affairs and Justice are hereby authorized to implement this Decree-Law.
