THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/CP dated June 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/1998/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 1998 of the Government on state asset management;

To strengthen the management of state assets at local People's Courts, civil enforcement agencies, and units under the Ministry of Justice, ensuring unified management, proper use for intended purposes, in accordance with regulations, standards, norms, effectively and economically;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance;

DECISION:

Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on State Asset Management under the Ministry of Justice.

Article 2. This Regulation applies to local People's Courts, civil enforcement agencies, and units directly under the Ministry of Justice.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous provisions of the Ministry of Justice that conflict with the Regulation issued together with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 4. The Director of the Planning and Finance Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Local Court Management Department, the Director of the Civil Enforcement Management Bureau, the Presidents of local People's Courts, the Directors of Departments of Justice, the Heads of civil enforcement agencies, and the Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
