DECREE-LAW
No. 63 dated August 8, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Declaration of August 28, 1945 on the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing positions within each ministry of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 62 dated August 8, 1946 establishing positions in the Office, Departments, and Bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture;
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and after consultation with the Council of Ministers,
ENACTS:
Article 1: The following officials are hereby appointed to hold the respective positions in the Office, Departments, and Bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture as follows:
I. Office
Director of the Office: Mr. Le Xuan Ha
Chief of the Office: Mr. Truong Van Minh
II. Departments
Head of Departmental Affairs: Mr. Nguyen An Trieu
III. Bureaus
Director of the Bureau of Agricultural Administration: Mr. Hoang Van Duc
Director of the Bureau of Agricultural Credit: Mr. Dao Thien Thi
Director of the Bureau of Forestry Administration: Mr. Nguyen Nang Dac
Director of the Bureau of Veterinary, Livestock, and Fisheries: Mr. Pham Van Huyen
Article 2: The Minister of Agriculture shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
