REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ISSUANCE OF THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATIONS
OF THE A DOT BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE IN THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government on industrial zones, export processing zones, and economic zones;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6THE A DOT BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE IN THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE IS ESTABLISHED.
Article 2. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATIONS OF THE A DOT BORDER GATE ECONOMIC ZONE IN THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 4. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF THUA THIEN HUE PROVINCE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
