DECREE

Amending Article 7 of Decree No. 160/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2013
of the Government on criteria for determining species and management regimes for species
listed in the Priority Protected Species Catalogue

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Biological Diversity dated November 13, 2008;

At the proposal of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment;

The Government promulgates this Decree amending Article 7 of Decree No. 160/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on criteria for determining species and management regimes for species listed in the Priority Protected Species Catalogue.

Article 1. Amend Article 7 of Decree No. 160/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on criteria for determining species and management regimes for species listed in the Priority Protected Species Catalogue as follows:

1. The Priority Protected Species Catalogue is specified in Appendix I of this Decree.

2. Every three (03) years or when necessary, the Government decides to adjust and supplement the Priority Protected Species Catalogue based on the proposal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Article 2. Implementation clause

1. This Decree takes effect from September 5, 2019.

2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of all levels of People's Committees, and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
