Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on National Reserve dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on National Reserve;
Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Treasury Administration;
The Minister of Finance hereby issues the Circular issuing Decree 2: 2022 QCVN 08: 2018/BTC National Technical Regulation on High Speed Craft for National Reserve as follows:

“2.1.1.4 Maximum speed: ≥ 35 km/h.
2.1.1.5 Capacity: Maximum capacity for 05 persons (excluding crew members, drivers, and children under one year old) or 250 kg.”
2. Amend points 2.2.1.4, 2.2.1.5 Section 2 QCVN 08: 2018/BTC as follows:
“2.2.1.4 Maximum speed: ≥ 45 km/h.
2.2.1.5 Capacity: Maximum capacity for 10 persons (excluding crew members, drivers, and children under one year old) or 500 kg.”
3. Amend points 2.3.1.4, 2.3.1.5 Section 2 QCVN 08: 2018/BTC as follows:
“2.3.1.4 Maximum speed: ≥ 45 km/h.
2.3.1.5 Capacity: Maximum capacity for 12 persons (excluding crew members, drivers, and children under one year old) or 1000 kg.”
4. Amend points 2.4.1.4, 2.4.1.5 Section 2 QCVN 08: 2018/BTC as follows:
“2.4.1.4 Maximum speed: ≥ 45 km/h.
2.4.1.5 Capacity: Maximum capacity for 50 persons (excluding crew members, drivers, and children under one year old) and one small car or 4500 kg.”
