ISSUING THE CURRICULUM FOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS COURSE
IN THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE DIPLOMA TRAINING PROGRAM
BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW ON JUNE 14, 2005; THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW ON NOVEMBER 25, 2009;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE SAME LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW; AND THE DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW;
Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2010/TT-BGDĐT dated August 26, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training on the framework program for intermediate vocational level;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ATTACHES THE CURRICULUM FOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS COURSE IN THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE DIPLOMA TRAINING PROGRAM.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 14, 2012.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VOCATIONAL EDUCATION, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING RELATED TO THIS MATTER, THE HEADS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES OF SCHOOLS, THE PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, AND THE HEADS OF OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ASSIGNED THE TASK OF TRAINING VOCATIONAL COLLEGE DIPLOMAS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
