Amend Article 13 of the Regulation on the organization of inspection, supervision, and evaluation of the effectiveness of operations of Groups, Corporations, and Companies under the Ministry of Industry issued together with Decision No. 10/2007/QD-BCT dated February 7, 2007 of the Minister of Industry as follows:
As originally promulgated:
"Article 13. Evaluation Indicators System
The system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of business operations and the results of the Board of Directors and General Management's activities shall be implemented according to the provisions of Clause 1, Clause 2, and Clause 3 of Article 12 of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister."

To be implemented according to the provisions of Article 13 of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister."

"Article 13. Evaluation Indicators System and Evaluation Method
1. The system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of business operations and the results of the Board of Directors and General Management's activities shall be implemented according to the provisions of Clause 1, Clause 2, and Clause 3 of Article 12 of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
2. The evaluation method shall be implemented according to the provisions of Article 13 of the Regulation issued together with Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister."
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Bureau Chiefs under the Ministry, Boards of Directors, General Managers of Groups and Corporations, and Directors of companies under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
