DECREE-LAW
MERGING INTO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE ALL AGENCIES FOR AGRICULTURE, VETERINARY SERVICES, ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, FISHERIES, FORESTRY MANAGEMENT AND AGRICULTURAL CREDIT
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM,
BASED ON THE DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT COUNCIL DATED NOVEMBER 14, 1945 TO ESTABLISH A MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE;
UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE;
AFTER CONSULTATIONS WITH THE GOVERNMENT COUNCIL,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: All agencies for agriculture, veterinary services, animal husbandry, fisheries, forestry management and agricultural credit (cooperatives and rural banks) throughout Vietnam shall henceforth belong to the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 2: These agencies will be organized according to regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture.
Article 3The Minister of National Economy and the Minister of Agriculture are hereby authorized to implement this decree-law.
