EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CIRCULAR NO. 14/2020/TT-BTC DATED MARCH 18, 2020 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF CIRCULAR NO. 127/2018/TT-BTC DATED DECEMBER 27, 2018 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF FINANCE REGULATING SERVICE FEES IN THE SECURITIES FIELD APPLICABLE AT THE HO CHI MINH CITY SECURITIES EXCHANGE AND VIETNAM SECURITIES DEPOSITORY TO ASSIST ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK
The Government issues this Decree amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 12 of Decree No. 91/2015/NĐ-CP dated October 13, 2015 of the Government on state capital investment in enterprises and management and use of capital and assets in enterprises, which has been amended and supplemented at Clause 5, Article 1 of Decree No. 32/2018/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 91/2015/NĐ-CP.
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Registration Fees dated November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Price Law dated June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Debt Management dated November 23, 2017;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 177/2013/NĐ-CP DATED NOVEMBER 14, 2013 AND DECREE NO. 149/2016/NĐ-CP DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2016 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREE NO. 177/2013/NĐ-CP DATED NOVEMBER 14, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE PRICING LAW;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 58/2012/NĐ-CP DATED JULY 20, 2012 AND DECREE NO. 60/2015/NĐ-CP DATED JUNE 26, 2015 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF DECREE NO. 58/2012/NĐ-CP DATED JULY 20, 2012 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE SECURITIES LAW AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE SECURITIES LAW;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Price Management Department, Chairman of the State Securities Commission;
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CIRCULAR NO. 14/2020/TT-BTC DATED MARCH 18, 2020 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 127/2018/TT-BTC DATED DECEMBER 27, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE REGULATING SERVICE FEES IN THE SECURITIES FIELD APPLICABLE AT THE HO CHI MINH CITY SECURITIES EXCHANGE AND VIETNAM SECURITIES DEPOSITORY TO ASSIST ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK.
Article 1. Extension of Effective Date
EXTEND THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CLAUSE 1, ARTICLE 2 OF CIRCULAR NO. 14/2020/TT-BTC DATED MARCH 18, 2020 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 127/2018/TT-BTC DATED DECEMBER 27, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE REGULATING SERVICE FEES IN THE SECURITIES FIELD APPLICABLE AT THE HO CHI MINH CITY SECURITIES EXCHANGE AND VIETNAM SECURITIES DEPOSITORY TO ASSIST ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK UNTIL JUNE 30, 2021.
AFTER JUNE 30, 2021, THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FEES IN THE SECURITIES FIELD APPLICABLE AT THE HO CHI MINH CITY SECURITIES EXCHANGE AND VIETNAM SECURITIES DEPOSITORY SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 127/2018/TT-BTC DATED DECEMBER 27, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE MENTIONED ABOVE.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 31, 2020.
During implementation, if any difficulties arise, organizations and individuals are requested to promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Finance for study and supplementary guidance./.
