Suspension of effect of Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC dated June 8, 2022, issued by the Minister of Finance on the List of Goods for Export and Import in Vietnam
Pursuant to the Law on Customs dated June 23, 2014,
Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 08/2015/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Customs regarding customs procedures, inspection, supervision, and control;
Pursuant to Decree No. 59/2018/NĐ-CP dated April 20, 2018, of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 08/2015/NĐ-CP dated January 21, 2015;
Pursuant to the ASEAN Customs Agreement signed on March 30, 2012, in Cambodia;
Pursuant to Decision No. 49/QĐ-CTN dated March 6, 1998, of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Vietnam's participation in the International Convention on Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding Systems (HS Convention) of the World Customs Organization;
Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Implementing Resolution No. 29/NQ-CP dated March 8, 2022, of the Government approving the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of ASEAN version 2022;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs,
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular suspending the effect of Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC dated June 8, 2022, issued by the Minister of Finance on the List of Goods for Export and Import in Vietnam.
Article 1. Suspension of Effectiveness.
Circular No. 31/2022/TT-BTC dated June 8, 2022, issued by the Minister of Finance on the List of Goods for Export and Import in Vietnam shall be suspended from December 1, 2022 until December 29, 2022.
Article 2. Transitional Provisions
During the period of suspension of this Circular, the following legislative acts and regulations shall continue to be effective:
1. Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2017, issued by the Minister of Finance on the List of Goods for Export and Import in Vietnam;
2. Circular No. 09/2019/TT-BTC dated February 15, 2019, issued by the Minister of Finance amending and supplementing certain contents in the Appendices of Circular No. 65/2017/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2017, issued by the Minister of Finance on the List of Goods for Export and Import in Vietnam.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
This Circular takes effect from December 1, 2022./.
