Circular No. 73/2021/TT-BTC abolishes Circular Jointly Issued No. 119/2002/TTLT-BTC-BYT dated December 27, 2002, of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health guiding the contents of revenue, expenditure, and regular expenditure levels of Commune Health Stations.

CIRCULAR

Repeals Circular Joint No. 119/2002/TTLT-BTC-BYT dated December 27, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health guiding the contents of revenue, expenditure, and regular expenditure levels of Commune Health Stations.
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Acts;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts and Decree No. 154/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts;

After receiving the unified opinion of the Minister of Health, the Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular Joint No. 119/2002/TTLT-BTC-BYT dated December 27, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health guiding the contents of revenue, expenditure, and regular expenditure levels of Commune Health Stations.

Repeals all of Circular Joint No. 119/2002/TTLT-BTC-BYT dated December 27, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health guiding the contents of revenue, expenditure, and regular expenditure levels of Commune Health Stations.

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

b) Agencies, organizations, units, and individuals related to the determination of funding sources, preparation of budget estimates, management, utilization, and settlement of funds for implementing the policies stipulated in Decree No. 178/2024/NĐ-CP.

This Circular takes effect from October 11, 2021.
