RESOLUTION
Termination of the activities of the Secretariat, the Fifteenth National Assembly
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Operational Rules of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued together with Resolution No. 29/2022/UBTVQH15 dated December 12, 2022 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
Article 1
Termination of the activities of the Secretariat, the Fifteenth National Assembly.
Article 2
1. This Resolution shall take effect from the date of its adoption.
2. Resolution No. 32/2023/UBTVQH15 dated February 14, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Secretariat and related provisions regarding the functions, tasks, organizational structure, and policies for the Secretariat and its members shall cease to be effective from the date this Resolution takes effect.
This Resolution is adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Fifteenth term on the date 07 the 3 in the year 2025.
