THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Law on Cultural Heritage and the Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Report No. 2984/UBND-VX dated July 7, 2006 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and the dossier of the heritage site;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Classification of national monuments:
HERITAGE SITE OF THE ARTISTIC ARCHITECTURE TEMPLE NHAN MY VILLAGE MY DINH, TUILIM DISTRICT, HANOI CITY
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites listed in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the artistic architectural heritage site Temple Nhan My within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Hanoi City, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
