THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Circular No. 04/2005/TT-VPCP dated March 21, 2005 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 104/2004/NĐ-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam concerning central-level Official Gazette activities.
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
Amend the serial number of veterinary drug names according to the attached list of three (3) veterinary drug production establishments in the List of Vaccines, Biological Products, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Medicine Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam issued pursuant to Decision No. 11/2007/QĐ-BNN dated February 6, 2007 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Heads of the Office, the Department of Animal Health, the Legal Affairs Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals used in veterinary medicine in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals, both domestic and foreign, involved in the production, business operation, and use of vaccines, biological products, microorganisms, and chemicals for veterinary purposes in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
