Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Decree No. 75/2021/NĐ-CP

Amending Clause 1 of Article 3 of Decree No. 75/2021/NĐ-CP, which has been amended and supplemented at Clause 2 of Article 1 of Decree No. 55/2023/NĐ-CP, as follows:
"1. The standard allowance for persons who have contributed to the revolution is 2,789,000 VND (hereinafter referred to as the standard allowance)."
2. Amending Clause 2 of Article 6 of Decree No. 75/2021/NĐ-CP as follows:
"2. Concentrated health recovery: The expenditure amount is 1.8 times the standard allowance per person per time. The expenditure items include:
a) Food during convalescence;
b) Essential medicines;
c) Gifts for beneficiaries;
d) Sightseeing;
đ) Other expenditures directly serving beneficiaries during convalescence (maximum expenditure amount is 10% of the convalescence health recovery expenditure amount), including: face towels, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, photography, health counseling, functional recovery, books, cultural activities, sports, and other expenditures serving beneficiaries during convalescence."
Article 2. Replacing some Appendices
Replacing Appendix I, Appendix II, and Appendix III promulgated together with Decree No. 55/2023/NĐ-CP dated July 21, 2023 of the Government amending and supplementing certain Articles of Decree No. 75/2021/NĐ-CP dated July 24, 2021 of the Government with Appendix I, Appendix II, and Appendix III promulgated together with this Decree.
2. From July 1, 2024, the standard allowance stipulated in Clause 1 of Article 1 of this Decree shall be implemented to calculate the level of allowances and subsidies stipulated in Article 8 and Appendix VI of Decree No. 75/2021/NĐ-CP dated July 24, 2021 of the Government and Appendix IV of Decree No. 55/2023/NĐ-CP dated July 21, 2023 of the Government.
3. From January 1, 2025, the convalescence and health recovery regime stipulated in Clause 1 of Article 6 of Decree No. 75/2021/NĐ-CP dated July 24, 2021 of the Government stipulating the level of allowances, subsidies, and preferential policies for persons who have contributed to the revolution and Clause 2 of Article 1 of this Decree shall be implemented according to the standard allowance stipulated in Clause 1 of Article 1 of this Decree.
Article 3. Implementation Provisions
1. This Decree takes effect from July 1, 2024.
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
