Upon consideration of the report of the Minister of Home Affairs in document number 1570/TTr-BNV dated June 1, 2007;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
To implement the cadre policy
Mr. Nguyen Quang Dian, Deputy Director of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, will retire according to regulations from August 1, 2007.,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Education and Training, the Director of the National University of Ho Chi Minh City, and Mr. Nguyen Quang Dian are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
