ISSUING REGULATIONS ON STATE MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN INFORMATION

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Information and Communications,
DECISION:
Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ON STATE MANAGEMENT OF FOREIGN INFORMATION ARE ADOPTED TOGETHER WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 15, 2011.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central city authorities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
