DECREE-LAW
No. 8 dated January 18, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior;
Considering Decree-Law of February 21, 1933 establishing general organizational forms for associations in Indochina;
Considering the decree of the former Governor-General of Indochina dated August 2, 1939 allowing the establishment of the association "Fondation Jules BREVIE" which is inconsistent with the current regime;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1: The association "Fondation Jules BREVIE," established pursuant to the decree of the former Governor-General of Indochina dated August 2, 1939, is hereby dissolved as of the date this Decree-Law takes effect.
Article 2: All assets of the association shall be confiscated and placed under the management of the Relief Department.
Article 3: The Ministers of Interior, Finance, and Relief shall enforce this Decree-Law.
