PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 and Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The fee exemption for construction specified in Point 2, Section II, Part A, Detailed List of Fees and Charges (annexed to Decree No. 24/2006/NĐ-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 2011.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance shall provide guidance on the implementation of this Decision.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
