CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING IN VIETNAM"
is permitted to produce and operate in Vietnam”

WHEREAS Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
WHEREAS Plant Variety Law No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT hereby issues the Supplemental List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Trading in Vietnam,

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR is the "Supplemental List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Trading in Vietnam" including: five hybrid rice varieties; one hybrid corn variety; one potato variety (Annex attached).

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
