Pursuant to the Land Law dated July 14, 1993 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Land Law dated December 2, 1998;
This Circular attaches technical inspection procedures for hand cranes used to raise and lower ammunition in the Ministry of National Defense. Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).at the request of the People's Committee of Da Nang City (document number 1845/UB-VP dated August 21, 1999), and the General Department of Land Administration (report number 1371/TT-TCĐC dated September 11, 1999),
DECISION:
Article 1. Recover 49,950 square meters of land located in Hoa Cuong Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, and allocate the entire recovered area to the Da Nang City Sports Authority for the construction of competition and training swimming pools for the High Performance Sports Center according to the approved investment project.
The location and boundaries of the land area are determined based on the site map number 780/99 DC-NĐ with a scale of 1/1,000 established by the Da Nang City Land Administration and approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
Article 2. Pursuant to Article 1 of this Decision, the People's Committee of Da Nang City shall be responsible for:
1. Determining the specific boundary markers of the land area on maps and on-site, registering them in the State land registry;
2. Directing compensation for losses to land users whose land is being recovered, ensuring the clearance of the construction site to meet the progress requirements of the project;
3. Strictly managing the use of land, architectural construction, and environmental protection in accordance with current regulations.
Article 3. The Ministers of Construction, Planning and Investment, Finance, the Chairman of the Sports Authority, the Director of the General Department of Land Administration, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the Director of the Da Nang City Sports Authority, and the heads of relevant departments are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
