Regarding the issuance of toll rates for the use of National Highway 20 at the Toll Station Km 51+940 Dinh Quan-Dong Nai from Km0 to Km 128 and at the Toll Station Km 203+500 Duc Trong-Lam Dong from Km129 to Km 232 .

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the state budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (document number 978/BGTVT-TCKT dated April 4, 2000);
At the proposal of the Director General of the Tax General Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: Attached to this Decision is the Table of Toll Rates for the use of National Highway 20 at the Toll Station Km 51+940 Dinh Quan-Dong Nai from Km0 to Km 128 and at the Toll Station Km 203+500 Duc Trong-Lam Dong from Km129 to Km 232.
The toll rates stipulated herein shall apply to the subjects of collection and payment as prescribed in Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of tolls on bridges and roads managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 2: The National Highway 20 Toll Collection Agency at the Toll Station Km 51+940 Dinh Quan-Dong Nai and the Toll Station Km 203+500 Duc Trong-Lam Dong shall implement the collection, payment, and management of toll revenues in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 54/1999/TT-BTC dated May 10, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget.
Article 3: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 4Organizations and individuals subject to payment of tolls, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls on National Highway 20, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
