DECREE-LAW
No. 89 dated May 30, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
In accordance with the current laws and regulations concerning mines,
At the proposal of the Minister of National Economy,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ENACTS:
Article 1
Except for existing mining rights which are respected, the Government of Vietnam temporarily reserves the right to explore mines in the adjacent area as follows:
East along the meridian at 114°80'
West along the meridian at 114°60'
North along the parallel at 23°30'
South along the parallel at 22°90'
Article 2
The Ministers of National Economy, Interior, and Finance are responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
