DECREE-LAW
No. 93 dated June 4, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 81 dated May 29, 1946 appointing the personnel of the delegation to PARIS;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 82 dated May 29, 1946 appointing Mr. Huynh Thuc Khang as Minister of Interior Affairs to handle the affairs of the Chairman of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam during President Ho's visit to France;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Mr. Chu Ba Phuong is hereby appointed as envoy and Mr. Vu Trong Khanh as advisor in the Vietnamese delegation to PARIS.
Article 2
The Ministers of Interior Affairs, Finance, National Economy, and Justice are responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
