Adjusting the Legislative Program for 2025
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Based on the consideration of Proposal No. 691/TTr-CP dated August 8, 2025, of the Government, Proposal No. 302/TANDTC-PC dated August 8, 2025, of the Supreme People's Court, and Report No. 860/BC-UBPLTP15 dated August 20, 2025, of the Standing Committee of the Committee for Legislation and Justice,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Adjusting the Legislative Program for 2025
Supplementing the Legislative Program for 2025 to be submitted to the National Assembly for comments and approval at the tenth session (October 2025) through expedited procedures for two draft laws:
1. The Digital Transformation Law;
2. The Specialized Courts Law at the International Financial Center.
Article 2. Implementation
Assigning the agencies responsible for submission, the main reviewing agency, participating reviewing agencies, and the progress schedule for submitting to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for comments on the two draft laws as follows:

Article 3. Effectiveness
This Decision takes effect from the date of its adoption.
This Decision was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the fifteenth term, on August 21, 2025.
