THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL dated May 20, 1957 promulgating the Law on the Right to Establish Associations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 of the Government stipulating the organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Vietnam Cinema Association and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Charter (amended) of the Association of Film Workers Vietnam (referred to as the Vietnam Cinema Association), which was adopted at the Sixth National Congress of the Vietnam Cinema Association on July 30, 2005.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. The Chairman of the Vietnam Cinema Association and the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
