RESOLUTION
Adjusting the legislative program for 2025
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, which has been amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Regulatory Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, which has been amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Based on the consideration of Proposal No. 700/TTr-CP dated August 15, 2025, Proposal No. 701/TTr-CP dated August 15, 2025, and Proposal No. 704/TTr-CP dated August 19, 2025 from the Government, Report No. 900/BC-UBPLTP15 dated August 26, 2025 from the Standing Committee of the Committee for Legislation and Justice,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Adjusting the Legislative Program for 2025
1. Supplementing the Legislative Program for 2025 to be submitted to the National Assembly for comments and approval at the 10th Session (October 2025) through the expedited procedure for three draft laws:
a) The Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Technology Transfer Law;
b) The Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Intellectual Property Law;
c) The High-Tech Law (Amendment).
2. Requesting the Government to direct the study and review of policies, adjust the scope of amendments and supplements to the Technology Transfer Law to align with the provisions of the Law on Enactment of Regulatory Legal Documents regarding laws amending and supplementing.
Article 2. Implementation
Assigning the agencies responsible for submitting, the main reviewing agency, participating reviewing agencies, and the progress schedule for submitting to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for comments on the three draft laws added to the Legislative Program for 2025 as follows:
