DECREE
On Doubling Postal, Telegraph and Telephone Taxes Effective from December 1, 1945
CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
At the proposal of the Minister of Public Works;
After the Government Council has reached an agreement,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
As of December 1, 1945, postal, telegraph and telephone taxes (including envelope tax) shall be doubled.
Article 2
The Decree dated November 19, 1945 and any provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3
The Ministers of Finance and Public Works shall implement this Decree in accordance with their respective duties.
