OF THE MINISTRY DECISION NO. 98/2002/QD-BTC AUGUST 21, 2002 ON THE APPLICATION OF MONTHLY TICKET FORM FOR CHARGING FEES FOR USE OF ROADS AND BRIDGES AT TOLL STATION T1 ON NATIONAL HIGHWAY 51
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Implementing the guidance of the Prime Minister in Circular No. 2005/VPCP-CN dated April 18, 2002 of the Office of the Government on collecting fees for bridges and roads on National Highway 51 through monthly tickets; After consulting the opinions of the Ministry of Transport (Vietnam Road Administration) in Circular No. 988/CĐBVN-TCKT dated June 12, 2002;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation,
DECISION:
Article 1. Apply the sale of monthly tickets for the use of bridges and roads at Toll Station T1 on National Highway 51 as follows:
1. The monthly ticket fee shall be thirty times the single trip fee stipulated for each type of vehicle according to Decision No. 953/1999/QD-BGTVT dated April 21, 1999 of the Minister of Transport.
2. Monthly tickets are valid from the first day to the last day of the month indicated on the ticket, and are only valid for use in that month.
Article 2. The subjects purchasing monthly tickets under the fee collection regulations set forth in Article 1 of this Decision are all organizations and individuals with motor vehicles participating in traffic passing through Toll Station T1 on National Highway 51 as currently regulated.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance, replacing Circular No. 1052/TC/TCT dated January 31, 2002 and Circular No. 4006/TC/TCT dated April 24, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the sale of monthly tickets at Toll Station T1 on National Highway 51.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned the task of organizing the collection of fees at Toll Station T1 on National Highway 51, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
