依照一九四五年十一月十四日政府委员会关于成立农业部的决议；
依照农林部部长的提议；
经政务院同意后，
发布勒令：
第一条
现将农垦署改组为农业部下的农垦移民局。
第二条
农垦移民局的组织由农林部部长法令规定。
第三条
农垦移民局由一名局长领导。局长有副局长协助工作。
第四条
局长和副局由政府主席令任命。
第五条
农林部部长和财政部长依照命令执行。
