第230号 一九四六年十一月三十日
越南民主共和国政府主席
根据越南国会关于越南民主共和国政府主席职权的决议，
在国会常务委员会和政府委员会一致同意后，
发布指令：
条一款。 授权武元甲将军担任总参谋长，兼任国防部长职务。
条二款。 国防部部长及政府主席办公厅主任应遵照本指令执行。
