第28号 1945年9月10日

越南民主共和国临时政府主席

根据1945年9月10日关于设立海关和间接税署的指令，

鉴于财政部长的提议，

现发布如下命令：

条一： 命令陈文碧先生，现任北越税务局局长，兼任海关及间接税署总局长。

条二： 财政部部长负责执行本指令。
