사회주의 베트남 민주공화국 대통령
1949년 4월 25일 제 33-SL에 따라 경제부 통계청을 주석궁에 편입함;
1949년 4월 25일 제 34-SL에 따라 주석궁 통계청장으로 응우옌 thiên 루를 임명함;
정부 총리회의의 결정에 의하여;
특 령 하 명
조 1: 1950년 4월 25일 제 33-SL 및 1949년 4월 25일 제 34-SL을 폐지한다.
조 2: 통계 업무를 감독하기 위한 임시 조직은 총리령으로 정함.
조 3: 총리는 본 특령을 시행할 것임을 명하노라.
