THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to Resolution No. 01/2007/QH12 dated July 31, 2007 of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the twelfth session, first meeting, regarding the organizational structure of the Government and the number of Deputy Prime Ministers of the Government during the twelfth tenure;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decision No. 92/2006/QĐ-TTg dated April 25, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the establishment and issuance of the Operation Regulations of the Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province;

Pursuant to Decision No. 998/QĐ-TTg dated July 24, 2006 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Management Board of the Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province;

At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Delegates to the Management Board of the Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province, the authority to issue the Origin Certificate Model D for enterprises within its jurisdiction.

Article 2. Amends the name in Group 4, Article 1, Appendix 3 of the Regulations on the Issuance of the Origin Certificate Model D of Vietnam to enjoy preferential treatment under the "Agreement on the Trade Liberalisation Programme (CEPT) for the establishment of the ASEAN Free Trade Area" issued together with Decision No. 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM dated October 4, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade as follows:

Changes the name from "Management Board of Industrial Zones of Khanh Hoa Province" to "Management Board of the Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa Province", code number 50.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Director of the Import-Export Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this decision./.
