CIRCULAR

Repealing in whole or in part certain legislative regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Construction or jointly issued

Cognizant of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents promulgated on June 22, 2015;

Cognizant of Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures to implement the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Cognizant of Decree No. 81/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Construction issues this Circular to repeal in whole or in part certain legislative regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Construction or jointly issued.

Article 1. Repealing Certain Legislative Regulatory Documents

1. Repeal entirely certain legislative regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Construction, and those jointly issued as listed in Appendix 1 attached hereto.

2. Repeal partially certain legislative regulatory documents issued by the Minister of Construction as listed in Appendix 2 attached hereto.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular shall take effect from August 15, 2019.

Article 3. Implementation

The Director of the Legal Department, Heads of units under the Ministry and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
