ISSUING REGULATIONS ON REWARDS IN ARTS AND CULTURE MEETINGS, EXHIBITIONS, CONTESTS, AND PERFORMANCES
IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
WHEREAS, the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005;
WHEREAS, the Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005;
WHEREAS, the Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Office and the Chairman of the Competition and Reward Council,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION THE REGULATIONS ON REWARDS IN ARTS AND CULTURE MEETINGS, EXHIBITIONS, CONTESTS, AND PERFORMANCES IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMPETITION AND REWARD COUNCIL, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
