RESOLUTION
Issuing Model Rules of Operation for Provincial People's Councils
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 203/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13 amended and supplemented by Law No. 65/2020/QH14 and Law No. 62/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of Local Administration No. 72/2025/QH15,
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
These Model Rules of Operation for Provincial People's Councils (referred to collectively as provincial level) are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2.
The Provincial People's Council shall issue its own Rules of Operation in accordance with these Model Rules, relevant laws, and actual conditions of the locality.
Article 3.
This Resolution takes effect from the date it is adopted.
2. The People's Council, Standing Committee of the People's Council, Committees of the People's Council, Delegation Groups of the People's Council, Members of the People's Council, Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council, related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
This Decision was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session 49, on September 26, 2025.
