DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Amending and supplementing Industry Standards
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
BASED ON THE INLAND WATERWAY TRAFFIC LAW dated June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to Article 2 of Decision No. 4099/2000/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 28, 2000 of the Minister of Transport promulgating Industry Standard 22TCN 269-2000 "Rules for Signaling Inland Waterways of Vietnam";
At the proposal of the Heads of the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Legal Affairs, and the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain signals in Industry Standard 22 TCN 269 - 2000 "Rules for Signaling Inland Waterways of Vietnam" issued by Decision No. 4099/2000/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 28, 2000 of the Minister of Transport (with attached Appendices).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from June 15, 2005.
Article 3. The Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration is assigned to organize the implementation of this Decision throughout the country.
Article 4. The Heads of the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Legal Affairs of Transport, the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration, Directors of Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, and Heads of organizations and individuals related to inland waterway transport activities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
