Pursuant to the Decree on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 25, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Residence;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 36/2009/QĐ-TTg dated March 5, 2009 of the Prime Minister regarding the abolition of Decision No. 875/TTg dated November 21, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the settlement of Vietnamese citizens residing abroad returning to Vietnam;
The Ministry of Finance hereby guides as follows:
Article 1. Abolish the fee for issuing re-entry permits and certificates of re-entry specified in Point 9 of Appendix II - Fee Levels for Foreigners and Overseas Vietnamese Citizens issued together with Circular No. 66/2009/TT-BTC dated March 30, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance on the regulations concerning the collection, payment, management, and use of fees for issuing passports, visas, and documents related to entry, exit, transit, and residence in Vietnam.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Finance for consideration and resolution./.
