CIRCULAR

AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO REGULATIONS RELATED TO CITIZEN DOCUMENTS IN SOME CIRCULARS ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2023/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2023 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues this Circular to amend and supplement regulations related to citizen documents in some Circulars issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Article 1. Amend and supplement Circular No. 07/2004/TT-BVHTT dated February 19, 2004, guiding the procedures and formalities for registering cultural relics, antiques, and national treasures issued by the Minister of Culture and Information

Amend and supplement Appendix 1 issued together with Circular No. 07/2004/TT-BVHTT at Appendix I issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. Amend and supplement Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 30, 2010, stipulating the procedures and formalities for proposing recognition of national treasures issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Amend and supplement Form No. 2b issued together with Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BVHTTDL at Appendix II issued together with this Circular.

1. Amend and supplement Form No. 5 issued together with Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BVHTTDL at Form No. 01 Appendix III issued together with this Circular.

2. Amend and supplement Form No. 6 issued together with Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BVHTTDL at Form No. 02 Appendix III issued together with this Circular.

3. Amend and supplement Form No. 7 issued together with Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BVHTTDL at Form No. 03 Appendix III issued together with this Circular.

4. Amend and supplement Form No. 8 issued together with Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BVHTTDL at Form No. 04 Appendix III issued together with this Circular.

Article 4. Amend and supplement Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 2, 2014, promulgating some administrative procedure forms in the field of physical education and sports issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Article 5. Amend and supplement Circular No. 07/2021/TT-BVHTTDL dated September 8, 2021, stipulating professional training for sports instructors issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Amend and supplement the Appendix issued together with Circular No. 07/2021/TT-BVHTTDL at Appendix V issued together with this Circular.

Article 6. Amend and supplement Circular No. 28/2014/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 31, 2014, stipulating the management of international trade activities under the specialized management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Amend and supplement Form No. 02 Appendix II issued together with Circular No. 28/2014/TT-BVHTTDL at Appendix VI issued together with this Circular.

Article 7. Amend and supplement Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 29, 2018, issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism to amend and supplement certain provisions of Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 16, 2012, issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism guiding Decree No. 32/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 12, 2012, of the Government on the management of export and import of cultural goods not for business purposes.

3. Amend and supplement Template M01C promulgated together with Circular No. 01/2020/TT-BVHTTDL at Model No. 03 Appendix VIII promulgated together with this Circular.

Article 9. Implementation Provisions

1. This Circular takes effect from January 15, 2024.

2. Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry; People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for study, amendment, and supplementation to ensure appropriateness./.
